These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ohio Valley Drone Services website and the aerial services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. 

 

Services

Ohio Valley Drone Services LLC provides FAA Part 107-certified aerial inspection, mapping, and photography/video services. Specific project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate service agreement or quote for each project. These website Terms & Conditions govern general use of the site and our services; they don't replace the terms of a signed service agreement.

 

Client Responsibilities

• You confirm you have legal authority to grant access to the property where services will be performed, or have obtained permission from the property owner.

• You provide accurate site information, including known hazards, restricted areas, and airspace considerations relevant to the project.

• You're responsible for securing any third-party permissions required for the project beyond FAA airspace authorization (e.g., HOA rules, event permits, private property access).

 

Flight Operations & Cancellations

• All flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and are subject to airspace authorization, weather conditions, and safety review at the time of the scheduled flight.

• We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel a flight for weather, equipment issues, airspace restrictions, or any condition we determine to be unsafe. We'll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule.

• Client-requested cancellations or reschedules are subject to the notice period and any fees specified in your service agreement.

 

Deliverables & Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables (images, video, maps, reports) are licensed to the client for the purposes described in the service agreement upon full payment.

• Ohio Valley Drone Services retains ownership of raw flight data and unedited source files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We may use project imagery for our own marketing or portfolio purposes only with the client's separate written consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

• Pricing, deposit requirements, and payment terms are set out in your project quote or service agreement.

• Invoices are due on the terms stated in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

• Ohio Valley Drone Services LLC carries liability insurance secured on a per-project basis.

• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by weather, airspace restrictions, FAA regulatory action, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ohio Valley Drone Services LLC against claims, damages, or expenses arising from inaccurate site information you provide, unauthorized property access you grant, or your misuse of delivered materials.

Website Use

• Content on this website — including text, images, and the Ohio Valley Drone Services name and logo — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without consent.

• You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or interfering with normal site operation.
