Aerial Imagery & Flight Data
This section covers imagery and data captured during service delivery, separate from website data.

Purpose-limited capture. Aerial imagery, video, and mapping data are captured to fulfill the contracted service and are not used for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Incidental capture. Aerial imagery may incidentally include neighboring properties, vehicles, or individuals visible from the air. We limit capture to what's relevant to the project and don't target individuals outside its scope.

Delivery and ownership. Final deliverables are provided to the client under the terms of the service agreement. We use client imagery for our own marketing or portfolio only with separate consent.

Retention. Raw flight data and captured imagery are retained for 90 days after project completion to support deliverable revisions, then securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by contract or law.

Regulatory compliance. Flight operations are conducted under FAA Part 107. Part 107 governs where and how flights operate, it does not regulate image content, so the practices above are our own data-handling commitments, not an FAA requirement.
